8 - 10 eggs
3 cups milk
8 - 10 slices white bread (remove crusts and cube)
1 pound asparagus, blanch, cut into 1" pieces
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
˝ pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
˝ pound diced Canadian bacon (optional)
Dice and lightly sauté Canadian bacon. Beat together eggs and milk. In large bowl mix together all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 pan. Let set overnight. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes at 350 or until nicely browned. Serve with Vegetable Confetti.
