Makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Sift together:

2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Mix together, then add to dry ingredients:
1 Tbsp grated orange peel
1/4 cup diced dried candied mango
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsps cooking oil

Cook in foil cupcake liners in muffin pan for 25 minutes.
