Brown one pound of Italian sausage, drain grease. Add one cup of spaghetti sauce (I use
Hunts Garlic and Onion reheat mixture. Flatten on a plate individual flaky biscuits and spoon in one table spoon of the sausage mixture (being careful not to get mixture on the edges of the biscuit) pinch edges of the biscuit together to make a pocket. Prick the pocket with a fork and brush the top of each pocket with egg whites. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown.
