INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups old fashioned oats
1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup wheat germ
1/2 Cup cornmeal
3/4 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cup canola oil
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoons vanilla
2 Tablespoons honey
DIRECTIONS:
Roast oatmeal and sunflower seeds in 350 oven for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together wheat germ, cornmeal and brown sugar.
In separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Combine dry and roasted mixtures, stir in wet mixture. Bake for atleast 45 minutes at 350 stirring every 10 minutes (important).
After cooking add:
- raisins
- pecans
- dried cherried
- dried cranberries
- sliced almonds
- dried apricots
- Anything you wish!
