1 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 46-ounce can pineapple juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
Combine sugar and water. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand 15 minutes. Strain into lemonade pitcher.
Discard mint. Serve over ice in frosty glasses with a straw.
