Combine and set aside:
1/4 cup + 1 tsp sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
Combine and set aside:
2 large ripe mashed bananas
Blend:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Add sour cream and bananas
Add 2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup nuts
Bake in greased bread pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes two medium
loaves.
