Seconds are always in order!
2 cups flour
¾ cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup butter
2/3 cup buttermilk

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cup cranberries
¼ cup vegetable oil

Topping:
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients, except cranberries, in food processor with steel blade.
Pulse 5 times, add berries, and process till just mixed. Fill greased miniature
muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle on toppings. Bake in preheated 375° oven for
15 minutes. Makes 48 mini muffins.
