Ingredients:
12 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup sugar
2 - 8 oz. Packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line muffin tins with foil liners.
Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. Mix cream
cheese, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and mix
well. Pour mixture over the wafers, filling each tin 3/4 full. Bake
for 25 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. Chill. Top with fruit,
preserves or melted chocolate before serving.
