Quick Blender Quiche presented by Amid Summer's Inn Bed and Breakfast Email this page to a Friend
3/4 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 pepper
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
12 pieces bacon or 1 1/2 cups ham
1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 bell pepper

Mix biscuit mix, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard in bleder on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bacon or ham, then cheese and bell pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until set. Makes 6 servings.
