6 - 8 med. potatoes - cooked 1/2 done cooled peel & grate on med. grater
or use 2 lb. bag of frozen hashbrowns
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 cups grated cheddar (sharp) cheese
Mix together put in 9x13 pan cover with crushed potatoes chips mixed
with 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese Bake 350 degrees for about 45 min.
