5 Minute Double Layer Chocolate Pie presented by 12 Franklin Street Bed and Breakfast

This will take about 5 minutes and serves 8.
1 graham cracker pie crust (6oz)
1 1/4 cups cold milk
2 pkg (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
Beat milk, pudding and 1/2 of the whipped topping in medium bowl with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick). Spread in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer in the crust. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
