Introduction
|
Bed & Breakfasts of the Quad Cities Area was founded in 1989 by a group of B&Bs with a mutual goal of highest professional development, assisting and complimenting each member, and to consolidate funds for joint advertising in a variety of methods.
We have conducted cooking classes, progressive dinners, bus tours, high teas, holiday tours, founded the 1st Midwest Bed & Breakfast Conference (attended by 9 states, two foreign countries, and the Iowa and Illinois state conventions were held at this time). We have also published three cookbooks.

Membership Requirements:
- Abide by the bed & breakfast laws of their state.
- Be inspected & approved.
- Be in operation at least one year or join as an associate member.
- Participate at least quarterly in meetings and/or projects.
- Membership is restricted only by the above requirements, high quality, honesty, and dependability.
