• The amount due is payable at the beginning of your stay preferably in cash or by traveler's checks in $CAN or $US.
• Possibility to pay in Euros (certified check) upon demand only.
• Rates include a delicious breakfast.
• No smoking.
• A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation, no deposit will be deducted except in the following conditions:
• Daily stays:
  • 15% of the daily rate will be charged should you cancel less than 1 week prior to your arrival date.
  • The equivalent of one night will be charged to your account should you cancel less than 3 days prior to your arrival date.
  • 1 night will be charged if your depart prior to your reserved departure date.
• Weekly and monthly stays:
  • 15 % of the weekly or monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
  • 35% upon cancellation of less than 5 days prior to your arrival date.
  • No refund if you depart prior to your reserved departure date.
