Willow Pond Farm will arrange for all rentals. The tent is not included in the facility charge. Should you choose to have a tent, Willow Pond Farm will make the arrangements and the facility charge will be adjusted. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, let us know immediately. We will attempt to re-book the date. If we are able to do so at the full rate, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 cancellation fee. If we are not successful in re-booking your date, your deposit will not be refunded if you cancelled more than thirty days prior to event. Cancellations less than thirty days of the event are subject to forfeiture of 100% of the facility charge paid to date. All events require a security deposit of $250. This deposit is security against damage, property clean-up, timely arrival and departure. If there are no problems, determined at the sole discretion of Willow Pond Farm, you can expect your deposit to be returned to you within thirty days of your event. If problems do exist, you will be sent a form explaining the problem and the resolution of your deposit. Security deposits cannot be applied to the facility charge. The person who signs the contract is financially responsible for damages to the property whether made by himself, his family or another guest in his party. Any check returned for “non-sufficient funds” or “stopped payment” will not be resubmitted. You will be notified, indicating that full payment is required within 5 days by money order, cashiers check or certified check. A fee of $40 will be charged for all returned checks.
You are responsible for proper disposal of all decorations that you brought to the facility. Willow Pond Farm is responsible for set-up and take down of rentals, as well as, changing linens, etc. inside the Farmhouse. All food, rentals and tent selections must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to event. Willow Pond Farm does not guarantee the availability of any rental selections.
