A cozy, intimate hideaway built in 1886 by the H.C. Frick Coal Co. as the home of a mine boss of the Leisenring #1 mine.

 A beautiful 1886 Victorian home located one hour from Pittsburgh. The home was restored for guests to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay and is decorated in the Victorian style with period reproduction furniture.

Rates and Policies
  • Room rates: $90 plus room tax of 3% plus sales tax of 6%
  • Based on double occupancy and does not include 6% sales tax.
  • Two day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
  • Open Year Round.
  • Check-in: 3-7 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
  • We provide a smoke-free environment.
  • We cannot accommodate pets.
  • Decor and amenities not appropriate for children.
  • We accept Cash, Check, Visa, or Mastercard.
  • Hot breakfast included.
  • Reservations require a one night deposit of $90.
  • Cancellations require 5 days notice. If less than 5 days notice is received, a $15 cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the room deposit if the room cannot be rebooked. No shows will be charged one night's stay of $90 plus tax.
