Swiss Woods is centrally located to Hershey, Lancaster, farmers markets, the Ephrata Cloister, Intercourse and Bird-in-Hand. Guests may choose to shop till they drop at the outlets, visit historic Lititz, the Wilbur Chocolate Factory or Sturgis Pretzel. |

Swiss Woods Bed & Breakfast features seven rooms, all with private baths and two with Jacuzzi tubs. Each of our rooms opens onto a patio or balcony. At night the sounds of owls and crickets echo through the quiet, and lightning bugs glow above the alfalfa field. This is the perfect atmosphere to celebrate those special occasions or just relax for a few days. |
| The Anker Stube, the Common Room, is dominated by a massive sandstone fireplace and is the heartbeat of the inn's activity. Curl up in front of a crackling fire with a good book and a steaming cup of tea. Read about the lifestyle of the many Amish and Mennonite families that live throughout Lancaster County or peruse one of the many books about Switzerland. The atmosphere here is reminiscent of Switzerland with the open beams, natural woodwork and handcrafted furniture with strains of Swiss folk music softly complementing the ambience. Swiss Woods also offers a guest office with DSL hookups for laptops, as well as a desktop computer with internet access. |
