Grace Winery and Vineyard

Sweetwater Farm is pleased to introduce The Grace Winery and Vineyard. In the spring of 2008 we planted our first two and a half acres of vines. Spring 2009 will see the next two and a half acres in the ground. Grape varieties include; chardonnay, pinot gris, vidal blanc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petite verdot. Our first vintage will be 2010 and we are excited for those first bottles!

While we are giving our grapes all the sun and time they need, we have started renovation on our barn. The barn dates to the 1750’s and was originally used as a malting barn (for whiskey). The next year will see the barn’s transformation into Grace Winery’s tasting room, production area and event space.
