• We can accommodate a third person in the Stone House Suite for an additional $25 per night.
• State Sales Tax of 6% and Local Hotel Tax of 4% are additional.
• For the business traveler, we offer competitive corporate rates for single occupancy, and we also offer very flexible breakfast times to suit your schedule.
• A confirmed reservation for a one-night stay must be paid in full, including applicable taxes.
• A confirmed reservation for two or more nights requires a 50% deposit of the total stay, including taxes.
• Deposits may be made by mailing a check, using a gift certificate (if applicable), or by credit card.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards.
• The balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
• During some of the larger car show events we have a three-night minimum stay required.
• Our prices and policies may vary for special events, holidays, and group bookings.
• Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
• Cancellation of (including changes to) a confirmed reservation must be made 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $20 administrative processing fee per room, per night.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
• A group booking of two or more rooms requires a 30-day notice of cancellation.
• Major holiday reservations require a 30-day notice of cancellation.
• Rates and policies are subject to change.
• Reservations and gift certificates are non-transferable.
• We welcome well-behaved children over 12.
• We are not able to accommodate guest pets.
