At the intersection where Route ?S? turns East on to US40, stay on PA Route 75.
Take PA Route 75 into Maryland where it turns to MD Route 57.

At the end of MD57 turn left (East) on to US Route 40.
At the intersection of US40 and US11 turn right (South) to Williamsport.
Turn east on to the C&O Canal to Washington, DC.
