  • Check-in: 3:00 pm, please notify the innkeepers if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am, please inquire with the innkeepers if you wish a later check-out.
  • Breakfast available to non-guests, by reservation, for a fee of $10/12.50.
  • Polite and well-behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome.
  • For each additional guest in a room there is a $30 fee.
  • Two roll away beds available - $15 per night, each.
  • One-night deposit required to make a reservation. “No shows” will be charged.
  • Holidays and Special Events require a two-night minimum.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 10-day notice required for full deposit return.
  • Rates do not include 6% PA Sales Tax, plus Franklin County Room Tax 3%.
  • The Inn cannot accommodate pets.
  • The Inn is a non-smoking facility. We ask that you smoke out of doors.
  • Smoking in the guest room will result in a minimum of a $100 charge to cover additional time and effort to clear the room of smoke residue.
