Slocum House Inn, a beautifully restored circa 1759 home, is a treat for travelers who want a unique country experience. The rooms are decorated in Williamsburg style with period antiques and reproductions. Enjoy the common room with comfortable furniture, satellite TV, VCR, library, and complimentary beverages.

Awaken in the morning to the aroma of fresh-baked goods, hot from the oven. Fresh-brewed coffee, juice, fruit and a variety of delectable dishes are carefully prepared daily. A full gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room where friendly conversation and warm hospitality combine to provide guests with a memorable bed and breakfast experience.

Rooms Descriptions Rates
The Greene Room Located in the guest cottage, the Greene room provides plenty of comfort and privacy. Enjoy the comfort of the queen-size canopied bed, gas log fireplace and private bath. $95/night
The Geary Room Located in the guest cottage, the Geary room offers a four poster queen-size bed along with a private bath. Enjoy the gas log fireplace while relaxing in the Queen Anne wing chair. $95/night
The Williams Room Located upstairs in the main house, this room has the charm of wide pine floors and low ceilings. The room offers a private bath and queen-size bed. $85/night
Note: In addition, the Slocum Room (upstairs in the main house with a queen-size bed) can be combined with the Williams room forming a two-bedroom suite with a shared bath.

  • Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit.
  • We do not accept credit cards but will take a personal check.
  • Deposit is creditable to a future stay if cancellation is made 7 days in advance.
  • Minimum 2-night stay on special weekends.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy, per room/ per night, and include a full breakfast.
  • Rates do not include applicable taxes.

  • Children 14 and older are welcome.
  • No pets.
