Guest Rooms/Rates
The Highland Room
At the top of the stairs is the Highland Room. In this room you will find a stunning queen sized bed made of hand carved mahogany along with a window which overlooks the large back yard and swimming pool. The adjoining bath is tastefully decorated with ceramic tile and a pedestal sink. Rate: $105/night
The Allison Room
Decorated in warm shades of brown and beige with accents of yellow. It has a window which overlooks the side yard and mature tree line. It has a beautiful California King sized bed on which you will find clean, crisp, comfortable sheets and a good night's rest. The private bath with shower is located just across the hallway. Rate: $95/night
The Summit Room
Consists of the entire third floor. This is great for families of parties that are traveling together. We also suggest this room for those who would like a lot of space and a bit more privacy. The master Bedroom on this floor has a vaulted wood ceiling and a bold King sized bed. The hallway has a small sitting area next to a window that looks out to the side yard. The second room is furnished to accomodate both those who need it as a bedroom and those who would use it as a private sitting room. It contains a daybed with trundle which can be set up as two twin beds or as one king bed or as a couch. Rate: $165/night
The Vista Room
This spacious room boasts a breath taking King sized carved mahogany bed and matching night stands. Off to the side of the room is the large bath with a whirlpool tub, pedestal sink, ceramic tile and wonderful accent peices. These two rooms combine to cover an entire side of the house and have windows from which you can see in three different directions. Rate: $125/night
Policies:
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to confirm a reservation. This deposti is subject to our cancellation policy. This fee can be charged to you Master Card / Visa / American Express.
In order for a deposit to be refunded, we require at least one weeks advance notice of cancellations. If cancellation occures within the week, deposits will only be refunded if the room is re-booked.
There is no smoking in the Scarsdale Cottage Inn. Smoking is, however, permitted on the porch and outside grounds of the house.
Sorry, due to concern for the other guests, we can not allow pets.
Well behaved children are welcome at the Inn. We recommend that guest traveling with children reserve the Summit Floor which can best accommodate them. If guest are traveling with several children, special restrictions may apply. Please call so that we can discuss the specific needs of your group.
Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. During this time we respectfully ask that you be considerate of others.
The Swimming pool is open for the guest of the Scarsdale Cottage Inn to use during their stay.
