The Cottage at Ross Mill Farm is an historic 17th century stone inn nestled along Little Neshaminy Creek near the Buck country town of Rushland, Pennsylvania.

The Spring House Tavern, built in 1717, provides fine dining and is directly across the street from the Spring House Bed and Breakfast. The sycamore tree next to the house is one of the oldest trees in Montgomery County, if not the oldest. The tree is believed to be over 300 years old.

Rushland is located in the northwestern corner of Wrightstown Township in Bucks County, and is home to many pleasant B&B establishments. An annual harvest festival is held in the area. The Rushland Ridge Winery Holiday Festival is held every year in the area.
