Pleasant View Bed & Breakfast is a turn of the century farmhouse nestled in the woodlands of Northeast Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains. Its atmosphere is refreshing and comfortable, combined with a touch of warmth and friendliness.

At Pleasant View Bed & Breakfast our number one priority is making our guests comfortable, and there's nothing better than starting the morning with a full country breakfast, featuring homemade specialties served in our elegant dining room. After that, the day is yours!

• Skiing is available at Elk Mountain and Mount Tone, both 10 miles from the Inn.
  
• Cross-country trails, snow mobile trails, snow tubing, fishing and hunting are nearby.
  
• Stroll, bike or hike through miles of woods, white water raft on the Delaware River or go antiquing in nearby towns.
  
• Travel back in time on the "Stourbridge Lion", an authentic steam locomotive in Honesdale.
  
• The Wayne County Fair and the Fall Festival at Elk Mountain are events not to be missed.
  

When the day is done, come back home for some afternoon "goodies". Homemade cookies are a specialty. Mingle with other guests by the woodstove, or relax in our beautifully decorated living room, watch a movie in the "Gathering" room or play Ping-Pong or basketball in the backyard. Guests can enjoy the spectacular view from the front porch or take a walk through our lovely four acres. In season, there are apples for the picking in the apple orchard as well as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.

The Inn has five guestrooms; each room is tastefully decorated in the colors to match the names: Rose, Iris, Daisy, Wildflower, and Mt. Laurel. Three rooms have queen-size beds and the others have full size beds. Some rooms have private baths and the other rooms share one and a half baths. We welcome well-behaved children aged 13 or older. We provide a smoke free environment.
