Ingredients: Steps: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread melted butter and lemon juice over bottom of baking dish. Stir butter and lemon juice together. Put bananas in dish and coat with butter mixture. Mix brown sugar and ginger together in another bowl and pour over bananas, saving half. Bake bananas for 10 minutes. Roll bananas over and pour rest of sugar mixture over. Bake for another 5 minutes. Pour coconut over and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve in fruit dishes. Pour heavy cream over each serving.
