Built in 1873, Overlook Mansion offers a relaxing stay away from home, located in the Centre Park Historic District. We are conveniently located to the Reading Regional Airport, Philadelphia Airport, antiquing, outlet shopping and outdoor activities.

Overlook Mansion is a wonderful place to host small parties, bridal and baby showers as well as many other special events. Overlook Mansion also hosts murder mysteries. A great evening of fun and whodunit. Choose from "Where there's a will there's a way", "Written in Blood" and "The Roaring 20's".

All stays include cheese and cracker tray in the evening and breakfast delivered to your room.

Hospitality areas provide complimentary beverages and sweets throughout the day.

Rates & Policies

  • Rates are $95- $195 and include a complimentary breakfast served in the breakfast room on the first floor.
  • Check-in time begins at 3pm, other arrangements can be made with prior notice.
  • Check out time is 10:30 am. There is a $25 fee for late check-out up to 12 noon. After 12 noon you will incur another night stay charge.
  • A 50% deposit is required prior to check-in. Reservation are held with a valid VISA or MasterCard. If you do not have a charge card you can make arrangements with the innkeeper to mail your deposit.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel please do so 14 days prior to your stay. If you do not cancel 14 days prior to your stay you will incur the charges for your entire reservation. If you cancel and we can rebook your room you will receive you deposit back less a $20 booking fee. No cancellation policy on Special event weekends. Due to high demand for rooms in our area on special event weekends we regret that cancellations will not be accepted on Air show weekends, Folk festival, Reading Fair, weekend, Antique extravaganza weekends and Maple Grove raceway weekends, etc. Please check the calendar of events at www.readingberkspa.com.
  • Non smoking property.
  • Non pet property.
  • If you need information about the local area or events please do not hesitate to ask the host.
  • For telephone calls please see the host. To make long distance calls you will need to have a calling card or place a collect call to your destination.
  • Door keys are provided at check-in and need to be returned at check-out.
  • We accept traveler checks, personal checks (with ID), cash, Visa and MasterCard.
  • We regret that this property is not suitable for children.
  • Social drinking permitted at your own risk.
