| Introduction |

As you come around the bend, you'll come upon a beautiful scenic view of green pines and golden fields. Then, crossing the bridge over the winding creek, you'll wind the other bend and turning right to the private peaceful Otter Creek Bed & Breakfast. Looking over to the right you'll view the romantic white double heart swing swaying under the broad oak tree covering and surrounded by some pines, flowering bushes and lush green grass. Entering the unique cozy home, you step into the seasonally decorated lobby that overlooks the spacious sunken living area with wall to wall white carpet and cathedral ceiling. At night, it turns into a lit up delight. Gazing to the left, there is a 130 sq. ft. wall of glass windows revealing the 35 x 12 ft. wooden deck under 4 large lovely shade trees with comfy lawn furniture to relax on or a cafe table at which to dine or chat. |

| To the right of the entrance way, stepping down a few stairs, you'll find the American country designed red white & blue kitchen/breakfast nook. To the left, is the elegantly decorated dining space surrounded by plants & trees and open to the great room. A little farther past there, is the master suite private bathroom and bedroom decorated in Victorian/country style. Walking on through there, you view the king size quilted bed with draping bridal netting over half of it. Also seen, is an electric fireplace, a comfortable velour chair with hasack and desk with DVD/TV. (Optional microwave/refrigeratpr). Possible internet available. As you exit the master bedroom, you may go up the winding stairs to the balcony and relax in the loft area or sit at the pub set. Many board games and wholesome movies are provided for an enjoyable stay. Start the day off with the delicious smell of a scrumptious breakfast served to you at the dining or breakfast area or choose buffet style. |
