Another rear view of the working Amish farmland that surrounds our property. This room has original interior shutters. Since this was the 'birthing' room, many babies were born in this room. The shutters were for the comfort of the mother...keep out light and noise and I guess to keep the noise in. Hence, we have a collection of reproduced pictures of 18th and 19th children. The private attached bath is new with a tub and shower combination.

Deposits: To guarantee your reservation, we request a deposit of one (1) night's lodging payable by personal check or money order. In order to hold your reservation, we should receive the deposit within 7 days. Once the check has been received, it will serve as your confirmation. No other confirmation will be mailed out. Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less $35 processing fee per each room cancelled, if given a full two weeks notice before your original arrival date. Less than two weeks notice, the deposit is forfeited unless the entire reservation can be re-booked. In that case, only the processing fee applies. You may re-schedule your new arrival date up to 14 days after you original reservation. Your deposit may be applied to the new date if days chosen are available. Early departures are subject to cancellation policies and full payment is required. I cannot accept e-mail cancellations. If you must cancel, please call 800-878-7719 and obtain a cancellation number. The cancellation number is proof that you have made a cancellation. All cancellation policies apply to no shows. Your credit card will be charged for all nights reserved.
