Guest Rooms/Rates

Each bedroom at the Osceola Mill House is unique in décor and furnishing. All rooms have queen size beds with hand made Amish quilts, plus new spacious private baths. The 5 bedrooms and carriage house include: a four poster colonial blue canopy bed, an antique iron and brass Victorian bed (c.1870), a four poster shaker bed, a hand carved pine bed and an ornate brass bed. The five rooms also have fireplaces.

All rates are based on double occupancy
Each additional person in room is $30

To guarantee your reservation, we request a one (1) night's room/rooms rate payable by credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
- A full refund will be given, less a $35 cancellation processing fee for each room canceled, if notice of the cancellation is given a full two weeks prior to the original arrival date.
- If the reservation is canceled less than two weeks before the original arrival date, a full refund, less the $35 cancellation processing fee will only be given if the reserved room or rooms can be re-booked. Otherwise, the entire deposited amount is forfeited.
- Early departures are subject to cancellation policies and full payment is required. I cannot accept e-mail cancellations.
- If you must cancel, please call 800-878-7719 and obtain a cancellation number. The cancellation number is proof that you have made a cancellation.
- All cancellation policies apply to no shows. Your credit card will be charged for all nights reserved.
