Welcome to The Minnie Victoria Bed & Breakfast. This little Victorian house was built in 1895 and offers you the ultimate in a Bed and Breakfast getaway. The Inn is located on the east side of Jim Thorpe with plenty of off-street parking and privacy. Furnished throughout with antiques, the rooms have an elegance that speaks of years gone by. Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania Historic Jim Thorpe has often been called the Switzerland of America. Nestled in a scenic valley, Jim Thorpe has a variety of pleasures waiting for you. The quaint downtown area is filled with various shops, antiques, restaurants, ice cream parlors, museums, a library, and an Opera House. There are many tours available including the Opera House, jail, and special house tours. Train rides are very popular in the summer and fall, when the scenery is stunning. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the skiing available at three nearby slopes; whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River; mountain biking; hiking and walking trails and golf, all within a few miles. Mauch Chunk Lake provides swimming, boating, fishing, or just relaxing on the sandy beach. Nearby Penn's Peak has the latest in country music performances, and there are also performances at the Opera House. Even paintball and skirmish can be enjoyed. It truly is an area that can accommodate your every desire. |

Each of our three rooms is furnished with queen size beds, luxurious bedding, antiques, lace curtains, a TV/VCR and a private bath. A selection of classic movies adds to the spirit of romance. The Inn has central air conditioning for your comfort. A convenience center offering a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot is available to guests. |
