 Thank you for considering The Mercersburg Inn for your wedding and or reception. Whether you dream of a romantic ceremony in the gardens, an outdoor gala under a lighted tent, or an intimate gathering around the fireplace, The Mercersburg Inn provides endless possibilities for your special day. As innkeepers along with our General Manager and our Executive Chef, we will work with you to design the perfect day down to the last elegant detail. During warm weather, we can accommodate groups of up to 125 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 175 for hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. During cooler months, we can accommodate up to 100 guests inside. We are located on five and a half acres in the rolling country side of south central Pennsylvania - just ninety minutes from Washington DC, Baltimore, MD and Harrisburg, PA; two and a half hours from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA and four hours from New York City. To assist you in making decisions about your special day, we have prepared a booklet which can be emailed, or sent via mail. You will find an inn brochure, our catering package with prices and a list of local services that you may find useful as you plan your wedding reception.
