Introduction
Victorian hospitality awaits you at this beautiful Lancaster County bed and breakfast nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country! Warm chestnut wood and period antiques decorates the house throughout. Our inn, convenient to all major Lancaster County attractions, is situated in a very interesting small historic town, founded by iron maker and glass manufacturer Henry William Stiegel in 1762.
Manheim Manor is located on a quiet street within walking distance of antique shops, historical sites, gift shops, cafes, and fine restaurants. But should you decide to take a drive, quaint villages, unique shops, wineries, and covered bridges invite you along the scenic country roads in the immediate vicinity. Hershey Park, Pennsylvania Renaissance Fair, and Mt. Hope Estate Winery, are just a few attractions to be found here in Pennsylvania Dutch Amish Country, minutes from Manheim.
Peaches and Cream
Manheim Manor's six comfortable guest rooms include a private bath,(one with a Jacuzzi), air conditioning, cable TV, DVD/VCR players, and refrigerator. Two rooms have a private porch for a secluded breakfast. Smoking is permitted on open air porches adjoining three bedrooms. Modern pleasures like plasma TV combine with reminders of yesterday's elegance and refinement in the tastefully decorated parlor. Walk through french doors to join others in the classic parlor where afternoon refreshments await you at the Victorian bar. Or peruse the books lining the walls of the warm library. Relax in the inviting light of the sunroom or rock on the front porch.
