Lovelace Manor Bed & Breakfast

• Room Rates are $125 - $175 based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
• Rollaway single beds are available for use in some rooms for an additional $20 charge.
• We accept personal checks, traveler's checks and all major credit cards.
• Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% + 1.1% hotel excise tax applies.
• A major credit card or 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations less than 5 days in advance are subject to one night's fare, should we be unable to re'book.
• Check in time is between 3:00-7:00 p.m. or by special arrangement.
• Breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. or by prior arrangement. Coffee is available after 7:00 a.m.
• Although we love children, out of respect for our other guests we only allow children 12 and older.
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• All rooms include cable TV/VCR. There is a video library consisting of 150 movies to choose from.
• Although insurance does not permit smoking inside the house, smokers are welcome to use the porches and gardens.
