Front Entry
Built in 1882, our home has been described by the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County as one of the more elegant examples of the Second Empire style domestic architecture in the region. From the ornate porches with brackets and pendants, to the interior elements of 11 foot ceilings and etched glass doors, visitors have an opportunity to step back in time.
As our guest, you are invited to enjoy complimentary afternoon refreshments in the Victorian parlor or on one of the porches. Or if you prefer, a relaxing game of billiards awaits you in the game room. We also provide a collection of books and videos for your enjoyment. And for the business traveler, we
provide wireless internet access, telephones and a fax machine for your convenience.
Each morning you will be treated to a hearty breakfast including fresh fruit juices, baked goods and hot entrees served in the dining room. We will be glad to accommodate any special dietary restrictions.
"We enjoyed our overnight stay very much. Lark and Michael have created a beautiful home that they so willingly share with weary travelers like us..." M. Guyer & T. Johnson
