Dr. George Junkin Room

This spacious room in the front of the house overlooks the patio and gazebo. It is named after the sixth child born to the Junkins in 1790. Dr. Junkin was president of Washington College in Lexington, Virginia when his daughter Eleanor married Stonewall Jackson.
