Gussie's Eggs

6 eggs
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. melted butter
Add red/green peppers for color

Mix the first three ingredients with a whip. Spray 9" (or square) pie pan with no-stick cooking spray. Spread cheeses in pan. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake at 350o for 35-45 minutes. Serves 5-6.
