Murder at the Mansion

The characters in our scenario of the murder are Packers or intimate friends of the family. The plot revolves around the Packer fortune - literally millions amassed on the Lehigh Valley Railroad - and its hopeful heirs.

Depending on the size of your group, individual characters will be assigned to volunteers while others work in teams to solve the mystery. The nature of our mystery is such that we can work with groups large and small, and everyone can participate.

Test your mettle and match wits in an exclusive mystery of the Victorian era, an age when sleuth was king!

Murder Schedule

    Friday
  • 5:00-9:00 p.m.: Check-in. Please come to the back door and ring the bell.
  • 9:00 p.m.: History and background. Assignment of character roles.

    Saturday
  • 9-10 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 10:30-11:30 a.m.: Round I of the clues
  • 11:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.: Free time
  • 6:30 p.m.: Round II
  • 7:30 p.m.: Dinner of Chateau Briand
  • 9:00 PM: Round III

    Sunday
  • 9-10 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 11:00 a.m.: Check-out

Our policy BYOB. Please, no stiletto heels and no smoking in guest rooms.

Lodging List

    In the mansion, most rooms have double beds.
  • 2nd Floor:
    • 1 suite bedroom, sitting room, bath with Jacuzzi - $650
    • 1 suite (bedroom, sitting room and bath): $559
    • 1 room with private bath: $545
  • 3rd Floor:
    • 3 rooms with private baths: $525

    Carriage House (25 yards from mansion), all rooms have queen beds
  • 4 rooms with private baths: $495
  • 2 suites with private baths: $550

  • 6% sales tax will be added
