Inn Policies & Information
  • We have a non-smoking policy throughout the home. Guests are welcome to smoke on the back patio.
  • Check-in: after 2 pm. If you expect to arrive later than 9 pm, please call the Inn.
  • Check-out: before 11 am. Should you need a late check-out, please see the inn-keeper to make accommodations.
  • Our prices are based upon double occupancy in every room.
  • We do have a few rooms that offer limited accommodation for additional guests. The charge is $50 for each additional person per night, which includes a gourmet breakfast and all other amenities.
  • Children are welcome. We have limited space for them, so please call to reserve our child-friendly rooms. If traveling with two parents, there is a charge of $50 per night, per child.
  • Pets: We are unable to accommodate these members of your family.
  • When making your reservations, please note any special dietary needs or restrictions that you may have.
  • When making your reservation, we will ask for a 50% deposit that will be charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival.
  • The balance of your bill is due when you arrive at the inn.
  • You may cancel your reservation if you notify us at least 10 days in advance.
  • For cancellations made with less than 10 days notice, your deposit of 50% is forfeited.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
  • In the event of premature departure, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
  • During peak season (May through December), we require a two-night minimum stay on the weekends.
  • We are proud to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks with identification.
