How To Find Us

FROM NEW YORK CITY AND NORTH:
  • Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the PA Turnpike; take exit #333 (Mid-County Expressway-Route 476) to Exit 5 (Route 1 - Springfield-Lima).
  • Follow Route 1 south toward Lima. You will pass Granite Run Mall on the RIGHT and Riddle Hospital on LEFT.
  • Approximately 1 mile south of these, you will see the Franklin Mint on the LEFT. Continue south on Route 1.
  • The next light is Red Roof Lane.
  • Darlington Road is 2/10 mile past Red Roof Lane on the right. It is a very sharp right, so slow down after Red Roof Lane.
  • Turn right onto Darlington Road. Go 1/10 mile to the first road on the left which is Indian Springs Drive. Turn left onto Indian Springs Drive and go to the top of the hill. The B&B is on the right.
FROM THE SOUTH (WILMINGTON AND WASHINGTON, D.C.):
  • Take I-95 North to Exit 8 North (Route 202/Concord Pike) toward West Chester.
  • Continue 202 North to US Route 1 and turn RIGHT (north) onto Route 1.
  • Continue north through Concordville.
  • When you pass Rt. 322 on the RIGHT, you are 3.3 miles from Hamanassett. Look for a large Wawa gas station on the RIGHT.
  • Get into the Left turn lane as soon as you see the Wawa.
  • Go through one more light (Valley Brook). You will be on a steep downhill after this light.
  • Go to the FIRST LEFT TURN LANE (approximately 1/4 mile beyond Valley Brook) and left onto Darlington Road. Go 1/10 of a mile to the first road on the left which is Indian Springs Drive. Turn left onto Indian Springs Drive and go to the top of the hill. The B&B is on the right.
FROM HARRISBURG AND WEST:
  • Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike East to the Downington Exit #23.
  • Follow Route 100 South to Route 202/322 South.
  • Stay on Route 202 South to Route 1 North.
  • Follow directions above "From the South:" from this point on.
FROM THE PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT:
  • Follow I-95 South approximately 5 miles to Route 476 North to Exit 5 (Lima-Springfield) and turn LEFT (south) toward Lima onto Route 1.
  • See directions above "From the North:" from this point on.
