- Two night minimum stay required week of Troy Fair (usually last week of July).
- Sorry, our accommodations are inappropriate for pets.

- We accept cash, checks, MasterCard & VISA.
- 50% deposit required or reservation can be secured with credit card.
- 7 day cancellation policy. We require at least 7 days notice prior to your arrival date or 50% of reservation total will be charged. We are sorry that we cannot be responsible for health issues, travel delays, inclement weather or early departures.
