Eight rooms have queen size beds and one room has a king size bed. All rooms have private baths, some with Jacuzzis and some with spa showers for two; six rooms have fireplaces, three rooms have sliders onto the covered porch overlooking the gardens; three rooms have sleep sofas and can accommodate extra guests. Rates in season range from $105 to $190 per night.

A spa is a 5' wide shower with 2 molded seats that converts to a steam bath at the touch of a button. A wonderful way to relax, moisturize, relieve congestion and get a rosy glow. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person in a room is $25. Ask about our extended stay rates. Reservation Information Well behaved children over 12 are welcome. We have pets (2 small dogs) but we regret we cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, with consideration to > non-smoking guests. Check-in is between 3 and 6 pm and check-out is 11 am. Two and Three Night Minimum Stays There is a 2-night minimum stay weekends (Friday/Saturday) during the busy season and on specific holiday weekends, including New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, President's and Martin Luther King weekends. There is a 3-night minimum stay for the Gettysburg College Graduation and Re-enactment weekends. Reservations and Cancellations Policy Reservations require a deposit - 1/2 for 2 or more nights and for a one-night stay, full payment. The deposit can be made with a check or credit card (checks are preferred and reservations will be held a maximum of 7 days pending arrival of a check). Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the reservation date are refundable less a $20 cancellation charge to cover costs. Refunds are made by check. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to arrival are not refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, "no shows" and early departures will be charged a full stay. Preferred payment is by check, cash or debit card. Credit cards are welcome but a 3.5% handling fee will apply.
