The Garden House Bed & Breakfast

• The Garden Suite with a queen-size bed, private bath, and sitting area with television.
• The Veranda Room with a double bed, private balcony overlooking the garden, and a shared bath.
• The Magnolia Room with a queen bed and shared bath.

• Same rates apply for single or double occupancy.
• Prices include a full, hot breakfast daily.
• Local tax of 6% and a hotel tax of 3% will be added to quoted rates.
• For the comfort of our guests and insurance requirements, we cannot allow smoking indoors.
• Sorry, we do not allow pets as we have three friendly kitties which are not permitted into the guest rooms.
• Please call the Inn regarding our children policy.
• Advanced reservations are preferred.
• Deposit to confirm your room is required during February through October and for Holidays and Special Events.
• Deposits are fully refundable when cancellation is received ten days prior to the first date of the reservation.
• If a cancellation is received on a shorter notice, your full deposit may either be applied to a future reservation or refunded in the event that your room is re-booked.
• Check-in time is normally 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Visa and MasterCard accepted.
