Guest Rooms/Rates
Escape from the ordinary to one of our rooms planned for your romantic getaway. Details were focused on to make your accommodations here in Lancaster County one of perfect peace and relaxation. Each of our guest rooms tempts travelers with quality amenities. Most of our guests come for quiet and relaxation, so our rooms do not have a TV; however, if you need access to a telephone, VCR or cable TV, you will find them available in a common area room. There is also a small-shared refrigerator available for your perishables.

Rates are based on double occupancy and include a hot breakfast.
We take one-night reservations except for October weekends and some holidays.
Check-in is between 4 - 6 PM unless other arrangements are made. Check-out is 11 AM. Staying later may be subject to an additional charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Travelers checks, or cash. PA sales tax of 6% and 1.1% local tax also applies.
One night's deposit is required to secure your reservation. Whole house rentals require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. A deposit paid by check must be received three weeks or more in advance of your stay.
Quiet time for the property is 9 PM.
Cancellations made 15 days before the actual date of your arrival will have their deposit refunded, less a $20 cancellation fee per room.
Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room. The $20 fee will still apply.
Whole house rentals require a 3 - week cancellation notice.
Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken directly with the innkeepers. We will not be responsible for messages by mail, email, or left on an answering machine.
We cannot be responsible for rooms due to late or canceled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather or other travel-related mishaps or changes in plans which may shorten your stay. While we do sympathize, we must maintain our policy. Insurance is available to protect against any unexpected events. We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us significantly. Our policy is to never overbook rooms. When we reserve a room for you, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserved. We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
Children 12 years or older are welcome. We have many couples coming to enjoy their anniversary without their children, so we want to respect their wishes for a quiet stay.
We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only - on the porch or on the grounds. No candles or incense burning is permitted per our insurance agreement. We have provided electric window candles for romantic ambiance. If you or your guests smoke indoors, or if candles are burned in your room, you will be billed $250 to cover charges to clean the room.
Pets are not allowed, nor do we have any here, out of deference to our guests who have allergies.
