The Fairville Inn Bed and Breakfast is situated in the heart of the Brandywine Valley in Chadds Ford, PA and is just eight miles north of Wilmington, DE. Surrounded by magnificent homes, estates and miles of back roads, the Inn has 15 individually decorated rooms located in three different buildings: the Main House (built in the 1820's), the Carriage House, and the Springhouse. Throughout the Inn, light colors, flowers, and elegant country decor create a warm, cheerful, and unhurried atmosphere. All guestrooms have a private bathroom, cable TV, telephone and individually-controlled heating and air-conditioning. Most rooms have a canopied bed, private deck/porch and fireplace. The Fairville Inn serves a complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea with home-baked cookies.

The meadow behind the Springhouse and the Carriage House which is open to guests for strolling or sitting to relax and enjoy the pastoral setting. The Inn is open year round but has busy seasons in the Spring, with azaleas and spring flowers in bloom, and Fall, with leaves turning. Major attractions are also open almost every day.
