Dining at the Inn

Your stay at the Doubleday Inn includes a sumptuous country breakfast each morning. Served in our dining room between 8-9:30 AM, guests experience a candlelit atmosphere and warm conversations, while enjoying a hearty meal.

Breakfast always includes coffee and a large selection of tea, orange juice and fresh fruit. The main entrée typically includes an egg dish served with a homemade baked good (such as muffins or scones) or a French toast dish served with breakfast meat.

Dining

Breakfast Our house specialty is Caramel French Toast. With a diverse menu, you’ll experience a new taste each morning, and you’ll leave with plenty of fuel to experience Gettysburg.

Additionally, in the afternoon we serve a variety of refreshments including English teas, hot chocolate, hot mulled apple cider, and homemade cookies.

We are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs provided we are informed of them at the time you make your reservation. As our menus are planned several days in advance we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests.
