Each spacious suite and cottage has its own private entrance, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and complimentary coffee, living room, private bath(s), telephone and alarm clocks. Many have a designated porch and most have four-poster beds. Several units offer a gas fireplace in season. Overnight guests of our suites will enjoy full country breakfast in the B&B, which is just steps away. Nightly rates go from $165 to $275 plus tax.

The Garden Room #1 - Offering first floor accommodations with sitting room, the Garden Room features twin beds and a private bath with shower. (The beds can be made into a king size bed upon request). Sunday - Thursday: $130; Friday, Saturday and Holidays: $155.

Delaware Room #4 - Second floor accommodations featuring a queen size fishnet canopy high bed and a large private bath with shower. Sunday - Thursday: $130; Friday, Saturday and Holidays: $155.

1704 Room #5 - Small second floor room with a private stairway. This room has a queen bed and private bath with tub and shower and overlooks our water garden. Sunday - Thursday: $90; Friday, Saturday and Holidays: $130.

Arch Cottage #6/7 - A cozy 2 bedroom cottage, offering 1 queen bed and a set of twin beds, fully equipped kitchen and a great room. (The twin beds can be made into a king size bed upon request.) Sunday - Thursday: $295; Friday, Saturday and Holidays: $320.

Reservations
  • Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
  • Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
  • Longer stays may apply to holidays and special events.
  • Rates are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 2% Chester County Hotel Tax.
  • A deposit equal to the rate of one night is required to secure one, two, or three night reservations.
  • Reservations for four nights or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • All Package Deal Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Several rooms can accommodate an extra person. Each extra guest in a room is $50 more per day.
  • Families with children are welcome to stay in one of our suite/cottage outbuildings. Please notify us of your needs when making a reservation inquiry so that we can accommodate you comfortably.
  • A ten-day notice of cancellation is required in order for a deposit to be refunded.
  • Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund if the reserved space can be re-rented.
  • A $15 service fee for all refunded deposits will be charged.
  • Gift certificates are available and make a great gift for any special occasion! Gift certificates are valid for one year after the issue date and are non-refundable.
  • Check-in: 3 - 7 PM; Late arrivals should be arranged with the Innkeeper ahead of time.
  • Check-out: 11 AM
  • NO SMOKING in The Inn or Cottages please.
