A Weekend with Ghosts and Psychics (11/13/2009 thru 11/15/2009)
Begin your weekend right, on Friday the 13th at 7:00 pm as Paranormal Investigator and Author Steve McNaughton shares with you some insight into paranormal investigation. He will narrate some of his best examples of paranormal videos, photos and EVPs that have been obtained through his investigations with the paranormal investigative group P.E.E.R. that he founded in 2005.

After this prelude into your paranormal weekend, Steve and Tina will guide you on a Ghost Tour of New Oxford. See the houses and properties where ghosts still visit and hear the true stories of how they died. Hear about who is still walking the halls and visiting their neighbors and friends and see where an 1800s medical college used to stand and where human bones were found during various excavations in town.

Then for the Grand Finale' on Saturday night beginning at 8:00 pm, spend the evening with Psychic Mediums Tom and Katie Hirt while they speak to the group about their connections with the Angelic Realm. Afterwards, they will provide a brief personal psychic reading for all those in attendance. There could be no better way to spend a few hours than to share time with Tom and Katie as they provide intuitive spiritual guidance and sometimes channel Angels, Archangels, Fairies and Ascended Masters.

The cost for this spectacular weekend is $60.00 per person plus the cost of accommodations.

Scavenger Hunt Weekend Package
Is your group ready for the hunt? Are you able to win the grand prize of a One Night Stay Gift Certificate at Chestnut Hall Bed and Breakfast on a future visit? Then our Scavenger Hunt Weekend is just for you.

After you check in on Friday afternoon you will attend a Scavengers' Mixer to meet the other scavengers. During the Scavengers' Mixer, you'll be given a list of riddles to solve and a list of participating shops in New Oxford. Your first task will be to solve the riddles. After breakfast on Saturday morning you will hit the streets of New Oxford in search of the items of your solved riddles. The person or team who finds the most correct items, marks them on their answer form, (you do not buy the items) and returns their form on Saturday afternoon will be deemed the winner. A tie breaker will be available because there can be only one Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize is a Chestnut Hall Bed and Breakfast Gift Certificate to be used on a future visit.

This package includes a two nights stay (for two persons in a room) at Chestnut Hall with breakfast for two on Saturday and Sunday mornings, the "Scavengers' Mixer" on Friday evening and a Saturday afternoon mixer at Chestnut Hall when the "Best of the Scavengers" will be awarded their prize at Chestnut Hall.
