working fireplace, and private entry to a formal Victorian sitting room. The sitting room includes a second working fireplace, imported marble shower facilities, and Jacuzzi. |

The General Washington Room is furnished with a queen victorian bed and includes a working fireplace, private balcony, and private bath. |
| The General Howe Room includes sleigh bed, working fireplace, and a large private bath featuring a second fireplace. |

- Guest rates are $135 to $200 per night, which includes a gourmet breakfast
each morning.
- Check in is from 3-6 p.m. If your plans require you to arrive after
6 p.m., please inform us of your anticipated arrival time so that we may
be prepared to greet you.
- Check out is by 11 a.m.
- There is a 7-day cancellation policy. If we can re-book the room a refund will be made
minus a cancellation fee.
- Broadlawns is a non-smoking establishment suitable for
adults and older children.
- No pets please.
