Cancellation Policy For Individual Inn Reservations
(We apply specific payment & cancellation policies for BLOCK BOOKINGS, MEETINGS and for PERSONAL SERVICES such as MASSAGE ... see below)
We apply a $25 administrative charge for all cancellations. Deposits will otherwise be refunded in full for cancellations received not less than 10 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations received between 10 days and 3 full days prior to the date of your arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the original booking including all taxes for cancellations received within 3 full days of the anticipated date of arrival.
We will, however, make every effort to re-book the room for the period in question and, if successful, we will return the room charges (incl. taxes) for the nights that were booked minus the deposit, and any additional costs incurred for special purchases, incremental administrative charges or commitments to 3rd parties.
The above policies also apply in principle to reservations made using any Gift Certificate. Unused Gift Certificates for reservations cancelled within 10 days of the anticipated arrival date may be voided.
Cancellation Policy For Block Bookings
To protect the integrity of our small business, we apply a more stringent deposit, payment, and cancellation policy for bookings of multiple rooms.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the date of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and all non-room payments.
Cancellations received within 21 full days of the anticipated date of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments.
We will, however, make every effort to re-book the rooms for the period in question and, if successful, we will refund 80% of the monies received for each room booked. Advance payments for other (non-room) services become non-refundable 30 days prior to the date of your arrival.
Cancellation & Payment Policy For Meetings (Non-Room Charges)
We request a 50% deposit for all non-room charges including, but not limited to, meeting space and 3rd party equipment rentals as well as food and beverage costs.
The deposit is payable 21 days in advance. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in the event of non-payment.
We reserve the right at our discretion to retain all pre-paid deposit monies in the event of any cancellation received within 21 days of the anticipated meeting / event date. For cancellations received within 3 days we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any non-recoverable, out-of-pocket 3rd party charges.
Cancellation Policy For Massage / Personal Service: There is no charge for cancellations received up to 48 hours prior. Cancellations within 48 hours will be billed at the full charge.
No Show Policy
If you have not contacted us and fail to check-in by 9 pm on the day of your reservation the booking will be deemed a no-show.
The room will be offered for immediate re-booking at that time.
In the event of a no-show, the outstanding balance (incl. all taxes) for the whole length of stay as booked will be charged in full to the credit card on file.
We will then seek to re-book the room for any additional nights of the original reservation.
If successful, the pro-rated balance minus the original deposits and a $100 administrative charge will be credited back to the card.
Check-out is 11am. Late check-out requests can rarely be accommodated as we need ample time to prepare our suites for arriving guests. We reserve the right to assess a charge for any late check-out not agreed in advance.
