The Victorian Parlor Suite, located on the first floor of the mansion, was the original gentleman's parlor, with cherry woodwork, gold-leaf wallpaper, brass chandelier, and corner gas fireplace. A television is available for guest viewing. The bedroom features an iron queen-size bed and bay windows with folding shutters. The room is stenciled with lavender-colored wisteria below the picture rail, and the bed is covered with a wisteria paterned comforter. $175
The Balcony Suite is so named for the adjoining balcony that overlooks the Victorian gardens. The bedroom features a modified queen antique walnut carved bed and marble top dresser. The adjoining sitting room contains a daybed and TV. The Victorian Bathroom contains the original claw-foot tub and marble-top sink, and has been redecorated to include new waiscot and wallpaper. $165
The Master Bedroom is the most requested room with its queen-size canopied four-poster bed and built-in wardrobe. The ruby red walls are stenciled with gold for a very Victorian look. This favorite guestroom has a bay window with window seat. The private bath has a shower. $135
The Sara Leas Room is named for the eldest daughter of William Leas. This totally feminine room is painted in a pale shade of pink and stenciled with roses. The decorating theme of pink and roses is carried into the private bathroom, which features the sink mounted in an antique sideboard. A handmade quilt adorns the queen bed, and a chestnut built-in wardrobe adds to the Victorian charm of the room. $135
Beulah's Boudoir is named for daughter Beulah. This very Victorian room features multiple wallpapers, Victorian picture rail, and stenciled ceiling with painted medallion. The room has a king-size bed and private bath with shower. $140
The Melvin Leas Room was once occupied by the only son of William Leas. While it is the smallest bedroom, it contains the most original Victorian features: Ceiling medallion, built in shutters at the bay windows, and picture rail. The double bed has matching wardrobe and dresser. The room is newly decorated with period-style wallpaper and patchwork quilt. $115
