Relax by the flickering flames of the gas fireplace in your living room, enjoy a snack in your well-appointed dining room, or just watch a favorite movie on the VCR. Then spend the night snuggled under the antique heirloom quilt and down comforter on the acorn post bed in the master bedroom upstairs. The uniquely tiled private bathroom is an extra plus.

There's also a 2nd bedroom available in the cottage, with two twin beds that can be combined into a king size bed.

All of this makes the Braeburn Cottage the perfect getaway for romantic couples, families with kids, friends traveling together, or business travelers. Escape from the ordinary in the Braeburn Cottage!

• Check-in: 3 - 7 p.m., or by special arrangement.
• Check-out: 11 a.m.
• We accept most major credit cards, as well as personal checks, travelers checks, and cash.
• A credit card or a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Pennsylvania tax of 7.1% will be added to the above room rates.
• Rates based on double occupancy (or quad occupancy for Cottage with 2 bedrooms).
• There will be a charge of $20 per additional guest per night. Please call for availability of rollaway beds.
• Cancellation Policy:
  When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select, and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserve. In turn, you agree to pay the quoted rate for the number of nights you reserve.

  We understand that changes can occur to your travel plans. However, because we are a small inn, late cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, the following policies apply to all confirmed reservations:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "no-shows" and premature check-outs.
  • For peak holiday weekends, the 7 day and 3 day requirements above become 14 days and 7 days respectively.
  • For group reservations (3 or more rooms) other requirements apply, which will be explained at time of booking.

• We are a Non-Smoking inn. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the main house or Braeburn Cottage. An outdoor smoking area is available (cigarettes only please).
• We have plenty of off-street, lighted parking.
• We welcome children of all ages! Please call for details.
